Since its earliest conception in 1981, when Dr. Hideo Kodama invented one of the first rapid prototyping machines that created parts layer by layer, using a resin that could be polymerized by UV light. 3D printing has evolved and perfected its craft. From producing intricate designs to simple end product applications, the use of materials such as PLA and ABS have had an impactful and successful use within the electrical magnetic steel industry.
